1. Service description

Alinare is an emotional wellbeing app that offers personalized daily affirmations, mood tracking, daily rituals, a conversational companion and meditation content. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

2. Subscriptions & payments

2.1 Alinare Pro

The App offers a premium subscription ("Alinare Pro") with two options:

• Monthly subscription, with a 3-day free trial
• Annual subscription, with a 7-day free trial

Prices are shown in the App in your local currency.

2.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.3 Free trial

If you start a free trial, payment begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.

2.4 Managing your subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2.5 Payments

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not store and have no access to your payment information.

3. Account & data

You can use the App anonymously or with an Apple account. Your data is stored locally on your device and, optionally, synced through Firebase for backup.

3.1 Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Account > Delete account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for personal and lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify or distribute the App's content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our consent

5. Intellectual property

All App content (text, design, affirmations, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright law.

6. Limitation of liability

Alinare is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the App will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for:

• Decisions made based on the App's content
• Data loss due to technical issues
• Indirect damages resulting from use of the App

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
